Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mac OS and other operating systems.
Assist users with software troubleshooting and application support.
Manage and maintain computer hardware, ensuring optimal performance.
Utilize Remedy or similar ticketing systems to log, track, and resolve incidents.
Collaborate with IT teams to improve overall IT service delivery.
Educate users on best practices for IT security and efficient use of technology.
Maintain documentation of support processes and user guides.

Required
Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
Strong understanding of computer networking concepts and IT infrastructure.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.
Familiarity with computer management tools and software troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience working with office environments and various hardware components.
