Responsibilities
Act as a liaison in the Call Center for customer inquiries, focusing on achieving department performance indicators
Respond to customer inquiries by researching and documenting plan information related to benefits, eligibility, claims, and more
Handle incoming sales inquiries and assist walk-in members in a timely manner
Meet individual Call Center performance standards as determined by management
Participate in special projects as requested or approved by management

Required
High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience; some college preferred
Minimum of one year of related work experience in a call center or customer service environment
Ability to work designated shifts and overtime as needed
Proficiency in multitasking, including talking and typing simultaneously
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft applications, and ability to accurately type 45 words per minute
Preferred
Bilingual candidates must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend in Spanish and English
Certification required by passing the Bilingual/Medical Interpretation test provided by ATLA at the employer
