Create and execute HHS writing support project plans, following a project delivery approach for work.
Provide academic advising to writing within HHS
Proficient in notetaking, proofreading, and writing. The writers should have experience in preparing summary statements, or document equivalent work to summarizing a
Be knowledgeable about HHS process and its process, including writing on these processes and resources.
Be knowledgeable about HHS Database and technological system
Attend HHS writing meeting and other identified training

Required
Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience writing at HHS
Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience an LMS (database or similar technology)
Minimum of one (1) year experience using live teaching on Microsoft Teams or other like collaboration platform
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
Ability to read, comprehend and explain instructions, letters, memos, emails, and correspondence from inside the organization as well as from external sources
Ability to effectively respond, communicate and present information to senior management, contracting officials, clients, and other employees in the organization
Ability to organize work, define and solve problems, establish, and manage priorities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions based on facts
