Responsibilities

Work on extreme high temperature tribology between head media interfaces in complex hard drive devices

Be strong in chemistry and material science on top of the tribology

Lead and drive failures analysis to understand root causes of failures

Come up and plan meaningful projects to understand interface tribology and be able to lead them from start to finish

Ensure the long term reliability of head media interfaces

Be self-driven and motivated and a strong team player

Required

10+ year of Tribology experiences is required

PhD in Chemistry, Material Science or Mechanical Engineering is required
