Responsibilities
Help draft a complex complaint and motions, briefs, by working real time, live, online with someone familiar with facts of the case, going through language step by step
Research Lexis+ and other tools to find supporting materials and their sufficiency, drafting materials to meet requirements
Provide strategic insights on complex legal pleadings, motions, and submissions.
Collaborate with a sharp team of legal assistants, researchers, and paralegals who handle much of the research and drafting.

Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree with admission to any state bar.
Proven experience in securities litigation, complex financial law, or high-stakes commercial disputes.
Demonstrated ability to develop winning legal strategies, regardless of academic pedigree.
A practical understanding of what makes a complaint stick and a motion succeed, even when facing well-resourced opposition.
