Required

5+ years of hands-on experience of building and operationalizing data processing systems
Data analysis and Profiling
3+ years of HL7 FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) experience is a must.
Ability to perform data mapping exercise for clinical data from the source system to FHIR data model.
Understand healthcare data, including clinical data in both proprietary and industry-standard formats (HL7)
Able to map and implement data standards such as SNOMED CT, RXNorm, LOINC, UCUM, ICD, CPT, CVX, etc
Understand the “dirtiness” of clinical data and seek out ways to improve conformance and quality.
Solicit, clarify business level requirements and analyze data requirements.
Good SQL experience is required for data analysis
Deep understanding of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) and EHR standards.
Design and ongoing monitoring of performance and quality reports for FHIR Products.
2+ years’ experience working with data platforms (Data warehouse, Data Lake, ODS)
Must have working experience with the clinical data

Preferred

GCP (google cloud platform) experience
3+ years of experience working on healthcare / clinical data
Data analysis / Data mapping skills
Python
Cloud Data flow/Data proc/Function
Whistle map SDK
