Responsibilities

Coordinate the delivery of complex, small to medium sized projects

Lead the planning, development, and execution of multiple projects to meet the overall strategic initiatives

Collect information from clients, analyze for completeness, and deliver to project members.

Collaborate with Hosting Integration Specialists to drive and execute project milestones

Facilitate end-to-end project communication plan: from Sales handoff to Graduation handoff

Monitor project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members

Manage customer relations to ensure customers are actively engaged throughout the project life cycle

Keep leadership informed through reports and status meetings to ensure project plans and deliverables are met, potential risks are identified and resolved, and customer expectations are reached

Make recommendations for process improvements

Minimal travel may be required.

Required

A Bachelor’s degree with a major in business administration, business information systems, project management, computer science or equivalent years of experience in information technology project coordination.

3-5 years of experience coordinating technical projects

Ability to translate technical requirements for customer understanding is required

Experience in change control, project planning, team management, and scheduling.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective project and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Windows

Basic understanding of computer networking

Excellent communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills including communication, active listening, and customer service

Dedicated team player and individual contributor
