Responsibilities

Create a positive, energetic and respectful work environment within the department
Leads through example, professionalism, personal values, and vision
Eager to offer assistance, 'pitch-in', and to be seen as a team player within SSP.
Activating new job placements upon transition from the Sales team, including scope of work review, onboarding of taskforce contractor, and performance management with the property client
Facilitating meaningful weekly calls with clients to understand goals and objectives of taskforce assignments, seek performance feedback, and ensure placement success
Serve as primary point of contact for taskforce contractors throughout active placement for invoice submissions, travel requests, problem and conflict resolution, coaching and counseling opportunities
Contributing to company revenues through proactive retention efforts such as placement extensions, early termination mitigation, and referrals
Partner with internal departments such as Sales, Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, Accounting and Operations to support company revenue and client outreach.

Hospitality ManagementHotel Structure

Required

5 years RECENT successful hospitality management background in Customer Service
Leadership and Human Relations experience in the hospitality industry
Proficient in computer software and considered tech savvy.
Possess a mature and professional disposition
Creative and innovative problem solver
Strong management skills and a proactive approach to understanding hotel needs
Ability to adapt quickly and perform through high expectations.
Ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure
Ability to meet deadlines and embrace ongoing change
Requires excellent organization, time management, interpersonal skills.
Must be an ambitious self-starter with a desire to learn
Knowledge of hotel structure and how all departments interact
Eligibility to work in the United States
