Responsibilities
Be knowledgeable of all rates, room types, products & services, and special rates at all hotels.
Maintain revenue management systems, monitor room availability, restrictions, and distribution channels for optimal inventory allocation.
Ensure accurate rate loading in central reservation system, analyze historical data using revenue management software, and review comp-set rates.
Assist in implementing sales strategy, pricing recommendations, and inventory management across all channels.
Collaborate with various teams to communicate selling strategies, develop promotions, and drive demand during off-peak periods.
Participate in sales and revenue management meetings, assist in reservations, and adhere to all standards and procedures.

Required
High School diploma or equivalent, required.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clerical role at hotel property, required with at least 1 years’ hospitality experience.
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office products and various hotel data management systems (OTA, PMS, GDS, Opera, etc.).
Strong communication (verbal, written) skills and be able to effectively present information in one-on-one or small group situations.
Solid organizational and planning skills with strong attention to details.
Able to read and comprehend instructions, policies, procedures.
