Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the household calendar, including scheduling appointments, reminders, and coordinating family schedules

Perform various housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and organizing living spaces

Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, and mailing packages

Plan and prepare daily meals according to dietary preferences and restrictions

Oversee home maintenance and repair projects, liaising with contractors and service providers

Manage household bills and budget, including tracking expenses and making payments

Provide pet care, including feeding, walking, and arranging veterinary appointments

Assist with event planning, hosting, and cleanup for family gatherings and social events

Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion

Manage household inventories for supplies, groceries, and other necessities

Communicate effectively with family members to ensure their needs are met

Perform personal shopping tasks and gift buying as requested

Oversee the care of indoor and outdoor plants

Adapt to changing schedules and priorities in a proactive and efficient manner
