Responsibilities
Supporting compliance and risk management activities within the HR Regulatory Operations team.
Conducting risk assessment, issue management, procedure documentation, process design, control workflow/systems, reporting, testing, remediation, training, and third-party management.
Working with all levels of leadership, stakeholders, and cross functional teams.
Analyzing processes to ensure compliance with Federal and State regulatory requirements and company standards.
Leveraging compliance expertise to identify and assist with execution and implementation of improvements.
Escalating risks and potential issues to management and mitigating deficiencies.
Formulating a strategy and prioritization for assessment and analysis of processes.
Leading complex projects requiring time management, attention to detail, and timely follow through.
Managing and escalating risk within the day-to-day role to management.

Required
