Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls from employees with questions regarding payroll and benefits
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee database records
Provide clerical support to the HR department, aiding in the smooth operation of HR-related activities
Assist in planning and executing new employee orientation meetings
Utilize online resources to identify potential customers and expand our client base
Leverage HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems for efficient management of HR tasks
Facilitate employee relations and handle eligibility verification
Deal with customer inquiries, ensuring swift and effective resolution.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS systems experience will be a plus.
In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities.
Familiarity with labor legislation.
Experience in designing compensation and benefits packages.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop clear and fair company policies.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Understanding of Employment Verifications and Eligibility Verification.
Experience in Employee Relations.
Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc).
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc).
Ability to use psychometric tests and other assessment tools.

Preferred

Familiarity with social media recruiting.
Familiarity with HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems is a plus.
