Responsibilities
Responding to and resolving HR-related inquiries via telephone, live chat, and the HR Connect Portal, while striving to deliver excellent service.
Documenting all team member inquiries and their resolutions in the HR Contact Center case management system (ServiceNow).
Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction and first call resolution, while maintaining high-quality interactions.

Required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can manage live chat interactions effectively.
Experience working with contact center technology and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Knowledgeable about various HR processes and can analyze data to identify issues and suggest improvements.
Can handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Flexible with working hours and can cover EST hours as needed.
