Responsibilities
Supporting compliance and risk management activities within the HR Regulatory Operations team
HR / Employment risk assessment, issue management, procedure documentation, process design, control workflow/systems, reporting, testing, remediation, training, and third-party management
Leveraging compliance expertise to identify and assist with execution and implementation of improvements, escalating risks and potential issues to management

Required
5 years of HR risk and compliance experience relating to employment regulations
