Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their HR needs and provide effective solutions.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess needs and offer updates on HR services.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Administer benefits programs and provide support during the open enrollment process.
Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Support clients in resolving employee issues, including coaching managers on performance improvement plans and conducting exit interviews.
Develop and deliver training programs for clients on topics such as HR compliance, workplace safety, and employee engagement.
Monitor employee satisfaction and provide strategies to enhance retention.
Collect and analyze HR metrics for clients, providing insights to improve workforce management.
Prepare reports on HR activities and present findings to management and clients.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably with account management or client service experience.
Strong understanding of HR compliance and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Experience utilizing HRIS or payroll platforms.
Payroll: 2 years (Required)
Account management: 2 years (Required)
Employee relations: 2 years (Required)
Location: New Jersey (Required)
Preferred
Experience in ProLiant, ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, PayChex, iSolve is a plus.
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
