Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to support initiatives and strategies aimed at building, deploying, and maintaining an effective agency-wide talent pipeline to secure the right talent.
Assist in creating job announcements and other recruitment materials while gaining hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a positive applicant experience.
Assist the TA team with research and data entry related to talent acquisition metrics.
Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking activities.
Complete special projects.
Build relationships and promote the HHS story with college, university, and community partners.
Create marketing materials and social media content.
Gain valuable knowledge and experience in other HR functions.

Required
Must be a full-time junior or senior enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business, Marketing or another related field.
Must submit unofficial transcripts and demonstrate that your GPA is above 2.0 out of 4.0 scale.
Interest in human resources and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to shift priorities as needed.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to contribute to the team.
Demonstrate professionalism, a positive attitude, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with social media platforms.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
