Responsibilities
Prepare and send offer letters to candidates ensuring that all information is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Communicate employee onboarding updates to the recruitment team and hiring managers.
Execute all administrative tasks for onboarding, including accurate data entry in HRIS and auditing for compliance, as well as I9 Verification.
Manage email correspondence, directing inquiries to appropriate stakeholders within the company.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee e-files, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Oversee the ADP HRIS system, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of people's data.
Organize and manage employee records and HR documentation efficiently.
Provide timely support to employee inquiries and effectively resolve issues.
Collaborate closely with HR and Payroll to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Submit and track IT requests to ensure new hires receive required equipment and credentials by their start date.
Create job descriptions and complete the approval process to allow for new jobs to be posted as needed.
Collaborate with various departments to support recruitment and training initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Required
Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with USCIS I-9 regulations, the I-9 completion and verification process, and E-Verify system compliance.
Excellent computer skills are required with proficiency in ADP, MS Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven, compliance-oriented educational environment.
Detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, and have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Must be able to work independently and as collaborative team member and have exceptional interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate a high level of integrity, strong work ethic, and professionalism.
Persuasive and effective verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service in an educational setting.
Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability and willingness to travel locally and/or overnight for business purposes.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred. Equivalent in-field experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
Minimum (2) years of progressively responsible experience in HR; or any equivalent combination of training and experience; with a strong emphasis on Employee Onboarding, is required/preferred.
