Responsibilities
Supports HR function amongst, multiple statesservice line, or business unit.
Serves as a liaison for field operations management on employee discipline and reviews.
Monitors and analyzes turnover to improve employee retention.
Responds to and evaluates employee relations inquiries with sensitivity and customer focus.
Assists in assessing training needs and preparing leaders for advancement.
Develops and coordinates new leader training.
Provides oversight and subject matter expertise for standardization of service delivery and tracking of employee relations activities.
Collaborates with safety staff to support safety initiatives.
Maintains confidential employee documents.
Prepares, maintains, and analyzes various metrics, reports, and statistics.

Required
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Three years’ experience in human resources.
Knowledge of internal policies and external regulations that impact on employee relations resolution process.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal skills, management skills, problem-solving, analytic, and communication skills.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
Preferred
PHR preferred.
Prior experience in navigating complex employee relations concerns preferred.
