Responsibilities
Process HR transactions accurately based on research, personnel-specific information and company business rules including rehires, terms and employee life cycle changes with HR Information System (HRIS).
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for HR Operations related federal guidelines, policies, and processes.
Establish process and procedure improvements to streamline current processes. Develop and maintain process/procedure documents as well as documentation for training other HR team members.
Responsible for all administrative tasks including but not limited to; filing, assisting employees with basic information requests, verification of employment, etc.
Provide HR support for core HR processes, as well as ad hoc projects and requests.
Assists with reporting and auditing data.
Oversees HR Operations Inbox and responds to emails in a timely manner.
Partners with and supports other internal HR departments, such as Recruiting, Benefits, and HR Directors, in addition to external departments like Payroll and IT.
Maintains strong working relationships with employees, members of the HR team, Payroll, cross-departments, and all levels of the organization.
Maintains compliance with federal regulations related to HR Operations processes, including I-9s and Reverification, temporary employment tracking, EEO-1 reporting, etc.
Maintains knowledge of trends, and regulatory changes in relation to HR Operations processes.
Assists with HR Operations related policy review and offers guidance and interpretation for business operations.
Partners with Legal and Compliance when needed.
Takes on projects as needed to support the HR team.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting HR related functions
Minimum 1 year experience with HRIS systems required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to think independently.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Remote and Hybrid positions require home internet connections that meet the Company’s upload and download speed criteria.
Preferred
Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations preferred.
