Responsibilities
Assist employees primarily via email in a timely manner regarding benefits, compensation, employee self-service, HR policy and procedural questions.
Handle employee transactions in our HRIS system, ensuring all data is accurately entered and maintained.
Ensure you are following up and providing a timely and accurate response or properly redirecting the inquiry, to help the employee resolve or address their need.
You may serve as an HR SME (Subject Matter Expert) for a particular HR program.
Maintain appropriate level of process, program, and policy knowledge to assist employees.
Liaise with our Payroll department and other COEs to resolve employees’ questions.
Support Onboarding Process including conducting New Employee Orientation.
Updating/maintaining internal Shared Services team process documentation.
Provide production support, including researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws. Recommend solutions and/or alternative methods to meet business needs based on system capabilities.
Work on special projects as they arise.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum three (3) years of experience in Human Resources Operations including, but not limited to familiarity with Human Capital Management Systems (HCM Systems), Time and Attendance Systems, Payroll Systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred
Previous experience with Oracle Fusion, ADP, Kronos preferred
