Responsibilities

Support key HR processes across hiring, onboarding, and offboarding, including document preparation and consistent process execution.

Manage the HR case management tool to ensure efficient operations, resolve employee inquiries promptly, and evaluate the system for needed improvements.

Ensure accurate entry, updating, and maintenance of employee data in HR systems, adhering to all applicable regulations and staying informed on HR legislation.

Collaborate with internal and global partners to support payroll processes, track global benefits enrollments, and maintain up-to-date information on employee changes.

Suggest system and process enhancements based on best practices, pain points, and data analysis.
