Responsibilities
Work with hiring managers to identify and define recruitment requirements based on current and emerging talent requirements.
Plan, implement, and participate in virtual and in-person recruitment and hiring events.
Apply knowledge of Federal Staffing/Recruitment to develop innovative approaches to identify talent pools.
Build partnerships with academic and professional and trade associations.
Conduct initial candidate review and screen potential candidates for eligibilities and qualifications.
Identify occupational series for targeted recruitment based on past hiring, attritions, growth areas, and customer input.
Develop recruitment strategies based on hiring authorities associated with the customer, occupational series, or talent pools (e.g., Veterans, recent graduates, etc.).
Work with HR staff to ensure Job Opportunity Announcements align with hiring events and desired talent pools. Advise applicants of how to apply to announcements on USAjobs.
Design and implement a program of metrics to evaluate the Return on Investment (ROI) of recruitment and hiring events.
This position offers a remote work arrangement, but may be required to travel up to 50% nationwide.
Travel to hiring events is required.

Required
Bachelors plus 5 years of experience identifying, participating in, and conducting virtual and in-person Hiring Events in support of Federal Hiring initiatives.
Experience using USA Staffing to draft/post Job Opportunity Announcements and review resumes for eligibility and minimum qualifications.
Ability to apply and interpret Federal HR laws, policies, and agency-specific operating procedures.
Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies to identify target applicant pools.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DEU certification.
Must be a US Citizen
