Responsibilities
Support the planning and implementation of in virtual and in-person recruitment and hiring events.
Conduct research on potential hiring events and communicate with event staff.
Build partnerships with academic and professional and trade associations.
Assist in conducting candidate reviews and screening potential candidates for eligibilities and qualifications.
Track hiring event data and participants.
Work with HR staff to ensure Job Opportunity Announcements align with hiring events and desired talent pools. Assist in answering candidate inquiries.
Collect data and metrics to support the evaluation of the Return on Investment (ROI) of recruitment and hiring events.
This position offers a remote work arrangement but may be required to travel up to 50% of the time.

Required
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of Federal operational staffing and recruitment experience.
Experience assisting in the planning of, or participation in, virtual and in-person Hiring Events in support of Federal Hiring initiatives.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and priorities, and work within time constraints.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as with a remote team.
Ability to apply and interpret Federal HR laws, policies, and agency-specific operating procedures.
Attention to detail, data quality, and data integrity.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Must be able to obtain and maintain the government required security check.
