Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day Workday HCM support, troubleshoot issues
Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security policies, and reports tailored to our organization's unique needs.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into effective solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
Support the L&D Team to train end-users on Workday functionality, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing user adoption.
Support existing Workday Enterprise Interface integrations with vendors, monitoring processes to ensure successful execution.
Monitor, audit, and maintain HR data within Workday to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
Work with HR to ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes, and capabilities
Demo solutions to key business stakeholders
Evaluate the feasibility of system modifications and enhancements
Stay up to date on new features within the application’s roadmap and implement where possible
Support the business with complex reporting and analytics requests.

Required
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Proven experience in Workday HCM implementation, configuration, and support.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, best practices, and compliance regulations.
Excellent problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Proven communication skills, with well-developed verbal, written and presentation ability.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science, Information Management, business or related field.
2-3+ years of Workday HCM experience, including Workday Performance Management/Talent Management, Recruiting, Reporting, ADV Comp, Calculated fields, EIB loads and reviewing/editing business processes and Workday security.
Preferred
Workday certification in HCM or relevant modules preferred.
