Responsibilities
Support Implementation of Oracle HR Cloud Suite by designing, managing, and optimizing HR technology solutions.
Responsible for fostering strong partnerships with HR, Payroll, Finance, AT and Data Operations.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to develop, test, and implement integration solutions.
Perform detailed analysis and documentation of business requirements, creating technical specifications for integration development.
Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting to ensure successful integrations and maintain data integrity.
Provide technical support and guidance to HR and IT teams on integration-related matters.
Stay updated on Oracle Cloud technologies and integration best practices to continuously improve integration processes.

Required
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Experience with Oracle Cloud and integration technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of integration tools and technologies, such as Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, and SOAP.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5 plus years of HR Tech/HRIS/HR System Administrator experience.
Strong understanding of human resources processes, practices and metrics, and experience with managing system integrations and configurations to align with HR policies.
Experience working with payroll, benefits and other sensitive data.
Must possess strong problem solving, organizational skills, time management and the ability to multitask.
Preferred
Human Resources Professional preferred.
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Certifications in Oracle HCM or related HR technology.
