Responsibilities
Collaborate with Lumine HR team to develop and deploy HR strategies that support business goals.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Provide guidance on complex employment law issues.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Ensure compliance with USA benefits regulations and federal and state legislations.
Support the development of HR policies and practices for international employees. Provide guidance on global employment laws and regulations, as well as annual employment contract and policy reviews.
Support talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Partner with managers to identify and develop high-potential employees.
Assist in the planning, coordinating, and execution of corporate events and activities that foster employee engagement, promote team building, and enhance the overall employee experience.
Lead implementations, review programs for continuous improvements, analyze data.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.
Experience with USA employment law and benefits is required.
Strong knowledge of USA employment laws and regulations.
Experience with global employment practices and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
Preferred
Global HR experience is highly desirable.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
Workday experience an asset.
