Responsibilities
Partners with leadership to develop forward-thinking strategies around system enhancements, integrations, and process improvement.
Provides insight, recommendations and develops processes and best practices as it relates to the HRIS system.
Manages and administers the ADP Workforce Now HRIS platform, including user access, data configuration, security settings, and system updates.
Regularly audit data within the HRIS to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Provide support for HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and payroll by leveraging system functionality.
Generate, analyze, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports for HR, payroll, compliance, and management teams. Use insights to make recommendations for improvements.
Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, providing technical support and troubleshooting for system issues, escalating to ADP as needed.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of the ADP Workforce Now system, including system enhancements, upgrades, and integration with other HR tools.
Ensure HRIS data is managed in compliance with company policies, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and security best practices.
Work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and other departments to ensure alignment and seamless integration between ADP Workforce Now and other business systems.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience administering ADP Workforce Now or a similar HRIS.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and data management, with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
Proficient in creating reports and using HRIS analytics tools to generate meaningful insights.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and end users.
Knowledge of HR data compliance and security best practices.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees at all levels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey policies, procedures, and benefits information effectively.
Active listening skills to understand and address employee inquiries accurately.
Maintains strict confidentiality regarding employee information and company data.
High ethical standards and professionalism, especially in handling sensitive HR matters.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Identifies root causes of issues in employee inquiries and resolves them efficiently.
Demonstrated resourcefulness in addressing basic HR challenges or escalating them appropriately when necessary.
Takes initiative in suggesting process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Preferred
Experience with other HR technologies, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) or learning management systems (LMS).
