Responsibilities
Manages execution of projects with a wide variety of scope from requirement gathering, configuration, user acceptance testing, communications, and development of training tools.
Performs System Administrator duties for HRIS system to include system maintenance, updates, release testing, and new feature implementation.
Conducts continuous improvement projects to optimize system performance such as workflows, integrations, automated alerts, data flow, process execution and data integrity.
Develops complex ad hoc queries and customized reports to meet user needs; ability to analyze data, assess for accuracy, draw conclusions and provide recommendations.
Creates and maintains end user documentation ensuring a concise and professional presentation of materials.
Works closely with HRIS vendor to resolve issues, opens service request tickets and ensures resolution on open items.
Partners closely with key stakeholders to gain insight into how the system is utilized to help resolve issues and identify process efficiencies.
Provide general customer service to end users, researching and resolving issues.
Serves as back up for other HRIS staff, including conducting routine system maintenance and cyclical tasks.

Required
College degree in Business Administration, IT, Human Resources, or related field (equivalent experience may be substituted for degree)
2+ years UKGPro customer experience required
3+ years experience in HRIS or HR related work leading projects required
Comfort with change, flexibility to adapt to changing initiatives
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions, and formulate recommendations
Detail oriented
Ability to work independently and must collaborate as part of a cohesive team
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot tables, vLookups, formulas, etc.)
Solid understanding of HR administration and project management
Preferred
2+ years Cognos/Business Intelligence strongly preferred
