Responsibilities

Configure and maintain the Dayforce platform, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with Ceridian support when necessary.

Manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.

Oversee data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all HR modules.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business needs.

Assist in the implementation of new Dayforce modules or system upgrades.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dayforce users.

Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for new users and feature updates.

Act as the primary point of contact for Dayforce-related questions and escalations.

Work closely with HR, payroll, benefits, and IT teams to align Dayforce functionality with organizational goals.

Ensure the system complies with local, state, and federal regulations, including data privacy laws.
