Required
3+ years of experience in Payroll, HR, and HRIS at the Analyst level
2-3+ years of recent hands-on experience with Workday
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
Familiarity with various Workday modules, including Vendor Management, HR, and other system capabilities beyond Payroll
Strong overall payroll analysis experience with an understanding of Finance, HR, and other integrated functions within Workday
Must have access to their own computer for work
Ability to interact professionally with clients and represent a consulting firm effectively
Skilled in creating accurate customer documentation based on feedback and implementing improvements to processes
