Responsibilities

Participating in the research, design, development, testing, delivery and training of new and modified business processes, reports and tools.
Overseeing testing for system upgrades and enhancements.
Testing and managing data interfaces with other vendor applications.
Providing support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR employees and other staff.
Managing permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR systems users.
Supporting and participating in the HR effort for installation, implementation, modification, and upgrade processes for software and applications to meet changing business and technology.
Collaborating with staff to identify and prioritize needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommends and implements solutions.
Ensuring documentation of system requirements, business processes, reporting and related systems is complete, regularly reviewed and updated as needed.
Developing dashboards and analytics to measure activity, monitor trends, and evaluate processes that drive business decisions and process improvements.
Compiling or assisting with acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs requested by senior executives and HR staff including those needed for compliance purposes.
Serving as a representative and liaison between HR, Finance and Management, Information and Telecommunications, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database design and projects as assigned.
Ensuring system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
Maintaining knowledge of trends and developments in HR technology.

Required

A minimum of five years of related experience required
knowledge of HR Practices and Business Processes
requires a knowledge of MS Office and understanding of HR software systems
strong verbal and written communication skills
excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

Preferred

HR certification is preferred
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, business, HR or related area of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
