Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop support, including hardware and software problems.
Assist users with VPN connectivity and remote access solutions.
Maintain and support Mac OS and Linux environments as needed.
Utilize tools such as ServiceNow and Remedy for ticket management and incident resolution.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure effective communication regarding ongoing issues and projects.
Document all support interactions accurately to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
Participate in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software installations.

Required

Proven experience in IT support or technical support roles.
Strong understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with Mac OS, Linux, VPN configurations, and desktop support practices.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.

Tier 1 Support: 1 year (Required)

Preferred

Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy is preferred.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure components is a plus.
