Responsibilities

Explore new capabilities to enhance and enable HR through proactive market research and the establishment of active industry partnerships.

Support piloting of new programs and initiatives, assessing their viability and impact on HR functions.

Partners with technology enablement teams to ensure HR is at the forefront of emerging technologies and capabilities, contributing to strategic planning and implementation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions and technologies into HR processes, ensuring a holistic approach to technology enablement.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within HR Technology, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices in innovation.
