Responsibilities

Understand Client Goals: Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding client pain points and business objectives.
Present Tailored Solutions: Position digitalJ2’s HubSpot implementation and RevOps Managed Services as solutions to meet client goals and optimize growth.
Full Sales Process Management: Own the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution scoping, proposal creation, and closing.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with service delivery, marketing, and RevOps teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
Drive Revenue Growth: Manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads to close net-new business opportunities and hit and exceed sales quotas.
Educate Prospects: Guide prospects through HubSpot’s tools and digitalJ2’s proven methodologies to highlight opportunities for sustainable growth.
Contribute to Company Success: Share ideas, strategies, and insights to advance digitalJ2’s mission and support its unique culture.

Required

At least 2 years of experience configuring HubSpot.
At least 2 years of experience implementing HubSpot.
At least 2 years of full sales cycle experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or a service-based environment.
A proven track record in outbound sales, managing pipelines, and consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
Exceptional ability to uncover client pain points and present tailored solutions.
A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities.
A collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively across teams and contribute to shared goals.
A willingness to continuously learn, adapt, and grow with the company.

Preferred

At least 2 years of full sales cycle experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or a service-based environment.
