Responsibilities

Utilize LinkedIn and OnlineJobsPH to identify and engage with prospective candidates.

Implement and refine existing hiring processes to streamline recruitment and selection.

Commit to learning and applying best practices in human capital management, including effective communication strategies, performance management, and coaching techniques.

Actively follow up with colleagues who may be underperforming or facing challenges in communication, ensuring everyone is aligned and contributing effectively.

Work alongside leadership to guarantee that performance management processes are not only in place but are executed with the intention of fostering growth and development within the team.

Similar to the Product Owner role, this position requires a collaborative spirit and the ability to support peers in the pursuit of the company’s strategic goals.
