Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, fostering a supportive and compliant work culture.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, and offboarding processes.
Oversee benefits administration, including vendor coordination, plan selection, and employee support.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with federal, state, and contractual regulations.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives to enhance organizational culture and morale.
Manage HR documentation for audits and contract renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Conduct training sessions on HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices for employees and managers.
Perform budgeting, labor cost forecasting, and salary benchmarking in collaboration with leadership.
Analyze financial metrics related to labor costs, benefits expenses, and HR operations, providing actionable insights.
Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and prompt resolution of discrepancies.
Support annual salary reviews and compensation benchmarking in line with organizational and market trends.
Ensure adherence to compliance obligations under federal, state, and contractual guidelines.
Manage services provided by third-party financial service providers, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Oversee and validate financial performance of contracts, including tracking burn rates and forecasting.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure compliance with charge codes, financial reporting, and contract modifications.
Administer company charge codes, registrations, tax filings, and other operational tasks.
Oversee facilities and utilities contracts, maintaining operational efficiency.

Required
4+ years of experience in human resources management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and government contracting regulations.
Proficiency in HR systems, payroll software, and financial analysis tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong decision-making, management, and delegation abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments.
Preferred
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM) are highly recommended.
Experience in government contracting is highly desirable.
