Responsibilities

Performs basic to moderately complex tasks and assignments related to a variety of Human Resources administrative and transactional tasks primarily through the HR Service Center

Collects data and open tickets through ServiceNow on behalf of current and former employees. Furnishes information to authorized persons for employment verifications, background investigations, file requests, and other sensitive HR tasks.

Provides guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures, general benefits questions, and Workday self-service actions. Utilizes the internal HRIS system (Workday) to perform duties.

Impacts own team through the accuracy and quality of work.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
