Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative assistance to the Director of Talent Acquisition, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Excel and other tools.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Post and maintain high volumes of job requisitions across various platforms in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist with screening resumes and coordinating candidate interviews as needed.
Serve as a point of contact for candidates during the initial stages of the recruitment process.
Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Support ad hoc projects and initiatives within the Talent Acquisition Department.
Participate in team meetings and provide insights to improve processes and candidate experience.
Utilize Excel to track and analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights.
Maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and other tools to support Talent Acquisition operations.
Identify trends and report findings to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Required
1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
Interest in growing into a full-cycle recruiting role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of functions, formulas, and data analysis.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job posting platforms is a plus.
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
