Responsibilities
Accurately and effectively working with corporate to process payroll by managing electronic timekeeping system, processing bonuses, commissions, counseling team members on payroll guidelines, etc.
Ensure HRIS system is updated with changes including, but not limited to reporting lines, job codes, FLSA status, salary changes, etc.
Resolving issues relative to timesheets, paychecks, and/or other payroll matters.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employment files, records, and documentation.
Participating in periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure adherence to company, state, and/or federal regulations.

Required
Ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Preferred
Workday (HRIS) experience highly preferred
Prior experience processing payroll highly preferred
Experience with PowerBI beneficial but not required
