Responsibilities
Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Respond to candidate inquiries and maintain recruitment databases.
Prepare and organise onboarding materials for new hires.
Assist in conducting orientation sessions and collecting necessary documentation.
Process exit interviews and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Organise and file physical and digital employee documentation.
Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and memos as requested.
Assist in coordinating employee events, training sessions, and meetings.
Support payroll processing by ensuring timesheets and employee changes are up to date.
Assist in creating and updating HR policies to align with organisational goals and legal requirements.
Develop guidelines to ensure adherence to HR regulations and standards.
Support compliance initiatives for consultants working on client projects.
Help organise professional development programs for consultants, including training workshops and certifications.
Track employee development goals and progress.
Assist with the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Collect feedback and help analyse performance metrics.
Organise team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee engagement events.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and suggest improvements based on feedback.

Required
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
