Human Resources Business Partner - Employee Relations

Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring the development, implementation, and execution of HR programs/policies for the assigned Region.
Responsible for overseeing all general HR functions (employee relations, state and federal HR compliance, performance management, retention, team member development, etc.) for multiple site locations.
Investigate Employee Relation cases, making sure all concerns are managed and solved in an appropriate and timely matter.
Provide consultation and advice to regional leadership team to ensure employee relations activities are compliant with applicable federal, state, and locals laws.
Oversees employee corrective action meetings and employment separation discussions.
Administer and execute various HR-related functions.
Analyze data and develop and execute effective action plans for short- and long-term goals.
Work with Training & Development to create and deliver learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law.
Conduct site visits to assigned locations.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelors degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field required.
A minimum of three years of human resources management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Extensive knowledge of state and federal employment law. Proven track record advising business partners regarding compliance with state wage and hour, leave and anti-discrimination laws.
Experience delivering key metrics, high level of energy, commitment, optimism, and passion about the business and HR profession.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HR system.
