Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for the Professional Employer Organization (PEO), coordinating payroll, benefits administration, workers’ compensation, leave administration, and compliance.
Create and implement data-driven HR strategies to support people planning, employee engagement, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness.
Manage complex employee relations issues, including performance management and investigations. Provide guidance and training on essential HR topics, such as HR fundamentals, harassment prevention, and performance management.
Enable self-service HR systems for managers and employees, and consult business leaders on talent, leadership, organizational design, rewards, and company culture.
Lead initiatives in talent management, including bi-weekly orientation, onboarding, talent assessments, career pathing, and succession planning.
Collaborate with operations leadership on Employee Engagement Survey action planning, support DEIB, and contribute to the Employee Experience calendar.

Required
Bilingual in Spanish: Required to effectively support a diverse workforce.
Employee Relations Expertise: Strong background in employee relations, including performance management and investigations.
HRIS Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems, with experience managing large datasets, analyzing HR data, and presenting findings.
PEO and Payroll Experience: Prior experience working with PEOs and handling payroll administration and HR compliance.
Multi-State HR Experience: Experience supporting over 500 employees across multi-state, multi-site environments.
California HR Knowledge: 3+ years of experience supporting California-based team members, including hourly and non-exempt populations.
HR Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR, with a focus on innovative and practical HR solutions.
Preferred
UKG Experience: Preferred, especially in areas of HR reporting and dashboarding.
