Responsibilities
Lead the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, attracting top talent, managing interviews, and executing hiring processes.
Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to acclimate new hires to our company culture, policies, and their specific roles.
Develop and manage training programs, workshops, and e-learning platforms to support professional growth and skill enhancement across the organization.
Facilitate the performance evaluation, ensuring regular, constructive feedback and identifying development opportunities.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement and foster a positive work environment.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
8 years of HR generalist or related experience, preferably in a consulting or tech environment.
Strong understanding of HR processes and labor regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
