Responsibilities
Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, developing initiatives, building organizational capabilities, and facilitating structure and process improvements to support business goals and overall growth.
Managing employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and developing and interpreting HR policies.
Identifying training needs, developing training programs, coaching employees.
Support managers in talent planning and pipeline forecasting, ensuring employee development aligns with performance standards and future needs.
Writing and distributing communications to employees, such as policy updates and benefits information.Employee Engagement & Culture: Develop feedback mechanisms to enhance P1's culture and drive continuous improvement, helping employees feel valued and connected to organizational goals.
Provide expert HR guidance on performance management, career planning, coaching, and talent management to foster employee engagement and optimize workforce capabilities.
Utilize data-driven insights and problem-solving techniques for HR projects and long-term strategic initiatives to continuously enhance HR effectiveness and alignment with business needs.
Lead HR operational projects and organizational development initiatives, contributing to change management and strategic direction.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
5-7 years of HR experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
Skilled at influencing through relationships and data-driven insights
Experience managing diverse stakeholders across multiple locations
Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Proven track record in driving change
Willing to travel up to 50%
