Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assist in creating detailed job descriptions.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Utilize applicant tracking systems, social media, and other hiring platforms to identify and attract top talent.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring practices and recommend improvements.
Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations across all HR functions.
Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such as performance management, benefits, and employee relations.
Manage other HR projects as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years working in the human resources function with a focus on recruitment.
Knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and benefits compliance requirements.
Proficiency in HRIS/ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Proactively identifies challenges and opportunities, proposing and implementing creative solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills with a resourceful and proactive approach to completing tasks, with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thrives in environments where there are multiple, changing priorities.
Preferred
Professional HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are desirable.
