Responsibilities
Conduct thorough investigations to achieve fair outcomes for employees and the organization.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends for improving the employee experience.
Lead and manage compliance with U.S. state and federal regulations to ensure organizational adherence.
Recommend and implement improvements to HR processes for operational effectiveness.
Effectively manage HR projects, including creating project plans with defined actions, ownership, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
Partner with U.S. Managers and Senior Managers, in collaboration with the Senior HR Director, to provide daily HR support, including updating job profiles, managing the corrective action process, and addressing policy-related employee inquiries.
Submit and process HR transactions in Workday.
Assist the U.S. HR team in preparing HR-related slides for Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and other HR related meetings.
Provide operational support to the CHRO for various HR initiatives.

Required
1-3 years of HR generalist or HR administrative experience.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred
Previous experience in employee relations is desired.
