Responsibilities
Lead and support Workday implementation, configuration, and deployment across HR functions.
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure accurate system setup and alignment with business requirements.
Troubleshoot Workday functionality issues and provide ongoing system optimization.
Provide training to HR teams and end-users on Workday modules, workflows, and reporting.
Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures to align with best practices and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Create scalable HR processes across workforce planning, onboarding, compensation, and performance management.
Provide recommendations for employee relations frameworks and operational excellence.
Analyze current HR workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to align HR strategy with organizational goals, ensuring a consistent employee experience.
Offer best practices for compliance, record-keeping, and audit readiness in Workday.
Partner with leadership, HR teams, and external Workday implementation specialists to ensure successful project execution.
Act as a strategic advisor to align HR technology solutions with workforce needs.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
5+ years of HR experience, including HR systems implementation and optimization
Strong experience with Workday HCM implementation and modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Experience working with cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
Expertise in Workday configuration, workflows, reporting, and data analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive projects to completion
Preferred
SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification
Preferred candidates located in the DFW Metroplex
