Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding and orientation process, ensuring a smooth transition into ClarisHealth.
Collaborate with Training to continually develop and improve onboarding processes for new hires
Lead virtual engagement events and celebrations (planning, scheduling, hosting) with assistance from HR Manager
Conduct team-building activities, workshops, and health and wellness initiatives to strengthen employee relationships and morale.
Propose and maintain programs, initiatives, and activities to enhance employee engagement
Maintain and evaluate recognition programs to acknowledge and reward employee achievements and contributions, enhancing a culture of appreciation and recognition
Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a welcoming culture for all employees
Assist with recruitment from start to finish to include, job ads and postings, responding to candidates, setting up interviews, creating job offers, scheduling first day, and new hire paperwork.
Assist the Recruiter by taking in-take calls, scheduling as needed, reference checks, TNTs, thank you
Identify and promote ClarisHealth on various recognition sites such as Best Places to Work, Best Places for Mothers, etc.
Identify areas to promote social media engagement for employees and candidates
Support Talent Acquisition Manager on strategic projects and initiatives
Schedule internal meetings
Monitor shared HR inbox and reply to requests when possible and escalate when needed.
Ensure office supplies and kitchen essentials are stocked
Town Hall slides
Assist in the review and update of company job descriptions.

Required
Competent in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Planner)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong project/time management skills, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Able to multitask and remain positive in our fast-paced environment.
Exhibit maturity and professionalism in handling confidential information
Preferred
Degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Finance, Accounting, or Management degree preferred; equivalent years of experience may be taken.
Knowledge of Recruiting/Human Resources preferred
