Responsibilities
Support HR day-to-day operations and initiatives.
Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires experience a seamless and engaging transition, including orientation facilitation and compliance with documentation requirements.
Facilitate staff engagement calls to enhance employee connections and identify opportunities for improving engagement.
Assist in supporting compliance processes, including maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring adherence to employment regulations, and completing compliance reports.
Provide support for benefits administration, including assisting with open enrollment processes and responding to employee inquiries.
Support payroll administration by ensuring accurate employee data, resolving payroll-related issues, and coordinating with payroll providers as needed.
Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including creating job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and extending job offers.
Help maintain and administer the performance management system, including tracking reviews, updating employee records, and providing support for goal-setting processes.
Assist with the learning management system by organizing and tracking training programs, maintaining accurate training records, and supporting employee development initiatives.
Coordinate employee training programs and provide assistance with training documentation.
Draft, update, and distribute HR communications, such as policy updates, employee handbooks, and company announcements.
Collaborate with HR leadership to support the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
Track and report on HR metrics to inform leadership decisions and improve processes.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4 years of HR-related experience, including responsibility for onboarding, full-cycle recruiting (including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers), payroll, and engagement processes.
Full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing candidates and utilizing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HRIS and payroll systems required.
Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail.
