Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to managers and employees via email and, when needed, phone communication. Respond promptly, professionally, and thoroughly to employee inquiries.
Understand and apply company policies, procedures, and applicable laws to effectively identify, prioritize, and resolve or escalate employee concerns within established timelines.
Efficiently intake employee requests and resolve or escalate issues as appropriate, involving additional management and cross-functional partners when needed.
Support Employee Relations by overseeing the e-Service process. Apply critical thinking to review and assign cases based on tier matrix and risk assessment. Ensure case intake and reassignment is objective and unbiased.
Navigate back-end systems to support revisions, uploads, and organizing information, communications, and policies within systems and websites.
Oversee the Employee Relations hotline, reviewing initial intake, evaluating case type, and escalating based on tier matrix. Post-investigation closure of hotline cases for reporting purposes.

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2 years of Employee Relations or related HR experience
Strong collaboration, customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent written, verbal, active listening, and comprehension skills
Ability to remain calm and flexible in high-pressure situations
Strong consultative and analytical skills; ability to exercise independent judgment based on company policies and practices
Ability to analyze employee submissions in a neutral and objective manner
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of federal and state employment law
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Preferred
HR discipline preferred
